Amendment To Billing Policy

Our Billing Policy has changed - 5 Dec 2021

  • For most GP services, Bulk Billing is available Monday to Saturday. Private billing on Sunday and Public Holiday with Medicare rebate where applicable.

  • We try to keep our website updated regularly. However, best is to check fees and rebates with our reception.

  • Fees might be applied to some GP services like skin checks and procedures, implanon insertion/removal, yellow fever vaccination, Iron Infusion and health assessments for employment and driving purposes.

  • Some Allied Health services are bulk billed (with valid care plan) and some are privately billed (medicare rebate with valid care plan).

  • Full payment is expected at the time of consultation.

  • Please ask our reception staff for details on Fee Structure and Billing Policy. 

  • EFTPOS & Medicare rebate claiming facilities are available 

  • Cancellation Fee

    • No-Show/Failure to provide cancellation notice (min 24 Hour before appointment) might incur cancellation fees (generally, 50% of the schedule fee) – please ask reception for details.    

    • There is no rebate for cancellation fee and in some cases (repeated no-show without a reasonable explanation) you will not be permitted to make another appointment until the fee is paid.
