Accessing doctors by telephone

 

Our practice offers phone consults for our patients to access our doctors by phone. All results and health-related concerns must be discussed as part of a scheduled appointment.

Staff can take your message and pass to our clinical team on your behalf. However, they would only interrupt a consultation if the matters were deemed urgent.

Electronic Communication

 

Email communication is discouraged as it is not a secure way for patient privacy and it should be used when patient is not able to use any other means to access doctors.

Patients have the ability to book through online booking system.

Practice is seeking continues improvements in digital communication to enable electronic prescription, reminders/recalls. and online payments..
