Accessing doctors by telephone
In keeping with the philosophy of best practice, telephone consultations will not be carried out and patients are encouraged to make an appointment with the doctor. However, this might change during pandemic times.
Email communication is discouraged as it is not a secure way for patient privacy and it should be used when patient is not able to use any other means to access doctors.
Patients have the ability to book through online booking system.
Practice is seeking continues improvements in digital communication to enable electronic prescription.
