For Doctor appointments, please book online or call our reception desk.
Phone Consultations are now available to our existing patients. You can book for a consult over the phone with your preferred GP for a range of services like certificates, scripts, referrals, pathology and imaging forms which can be emailed or faxed when needed.
For vaccination and child immunisations, please call our reception desk and book with the nurse.
Pathology services offered by Laverty do not require booking. Just bring your referral.
Specialists, Allied Health and Locum doctors might do Private Billing with medicare rebate (if applicable).
Practice fees might be applied to certain procedures, equipment, medical supplies and admin services like medical records transfer.
